FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed as a supplemental source of fiber and/or protein
Can be made into a mash with water for older horses that can no longer chew long-stem roughage.
This is not a complete feed, should be fed along with additional sources of calories, vitamins and minerals.
Always provide a minimum of 1.5% of the horse’s body weight daily in the form of long-stem forage (hay or pasture) to maintain gut health. Fresh, clean water and white salt should be available free-choice.
